Nikita was determined to find her dress in just one store, so she made her appointment at Bride Beautiful in Atlanta. That same day they had an Eddy K. Trunk Show at the store so she had to wait in line to try on her dream dress. After trying on others, her mind was set on the CT154 in Champagne. She paired her dress with a simple bracelet, drop earrings and her late grandmother’s ring and glittery gold shoes.

This was it, this was my dress! I fell in love with the beading at the top and the drama at the bottom. It almost reminds me of waves in the ocean… The champagne color was everything to me, it made me feel very elegant.

Real bride wear Eddy K Wedding Dress (Style 77961)

Mariel and Ian met way before noticing each other. Five years after meeting at their home church, sparkles started dazzling. At first she found him kind of annoying but then everything changed. After dating Three years, Ian planned a surprise proposal with the help of their friends. Her friend wished to do a practice photoshoot and asked them to participate.

Mariel was hesitant at first because she wanted their first photoshoot together to be their engagement pictures but eventually agreed. They went to the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth, TX and started posing for their friend. They were leaning on each other, back to back, and that?¡¥s when all of their friends surprised her. When she turned around, Ian popped the question.

The Eddy K Wedding Dresses Style 77961 hunt had only one stop: Pence & Panache. Mariel had her mind set on wearing a long sleeved mermaid wedding dress but did not understand the ones she tried on. One of the sales girls asked her to try on the Eddy K. 77961 and a matched was made. She matched her bridal gown with drop earrings and gold glittered shoes.

I knew it was the one so I said yes to the wedding dress on that same day! I just fell in love with the details of the dress. The back was gorgeous (which is my favorite part). It was just very flattering and it really made me feel like a bride. It was just the perfect one!

Both the ceremony and the reception took place at The Orchard in Azle, TX. They wanted an outdoors ceremony but because of the rain, they had to do it inside.

If I could choose one special moment, it would be the feet washing that we did in the ceremony. It symbolizes our service for each other and it also reminds us of Jesus love and servant heart.

Just from looking at the pictures you can see that they had a really special ceremony and afterwards an enjoyable reception. They went to Disney in Orlando for their honeymoon.
Make sure to enjoy every moment! From the engagement, to the planning, and even to the chaos, find joy in it. Your bridal dress, the suit of your groom , and all sorts of other details, these are just all accessories on that day. Ultimately, it is about you and your future husband and your union with the Lord.

Everything was planned by Ian and Mariel and mostly everything was DIY.

Real bride wear Sophia Tolli Marlene wedding dress

We got married abroad in Side, Turkey and then had a reception upon returning. I wore Sophia Tolli Y21431 in mocha. It almost looks some other colour in every picture. We had a very neutral theme with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.

Claire was radiant in her Sophia Tolli Marlene gown, a strapless tulle wedding dress with hand-beading trimming the sweetheart neckline and vertical layers of tulle throughout the ball gown skirt and chapel length train. We enjoy these dramatic shots captured by Kevin Wyllie of KSG Photography.
